SPIN Programs

BEAT

Welcome to BEAT

BEAT classes are driven by curated playlists of varying-paced tracks, designed to guide riders through a challenging rhythm-based class without any additional choreography. These classes are stripped back to the foundation of rhythmic spin – the one-two, the in and out of saddle efforts, the intentional weight shifts, and the connection with the tension dial. From climbs, to jogs, to sprints, these classes are great for riders of any experience level as the intensity and challenge come from the intersection of pace, tension, and length of effort.

BEAT CHOREO

BEAT CHOREO classes are rhythm-based classes that integrate choreography into the curated playlist. These classes guide riders through a purposeful template, seamlessly integrating additional movements on top of the one-two focus found in BEAT classes. BEAT CHOREO classes incorporate climbs, jogs, and sprints, adding choreo throughout class. Choreography is carefully placed so as to not overwhelm the playlist – instructors utilize intentional design to balance efforts that incorporate pace, tension, endurance, and choreographed movements. Choreography is always optional and modifiable 

RIDE

Welcome to RIDE

RIDE is a performance-based spin program designed carefully for riders who are ready to train with purpose. Unlike rhythm-based classes, RIDE isn’t about matching the beat of the music—it’s about building real strength, power, and endurance through structured interval training. Within RIDE, you’ll find two distinct class formats: TERRAIN and SPRINT

TERRAIN

This class simulates outdoor riding conditions—from tension-heavy hill climbs and gritty mountain trails to resistance-packed sprints that challenge both your mind and body. Expect long, grinding efforts, muscular endurance work, and a serious test of your mental toughness. Terrain is all about maximizing power output and stamina.

SPRINT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focused on anaerobic conditioning through explosive bursts of effort followed by active recovery. These classes are fast-paced and intensity-driven, helping you improve your speed, cardiovascular capacity, and metabolic efficiency.

RIDE is here to shift your mindset from “just riding” to training with intention. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking to level up, you’ll be pushed, challenged, and empowered.”
