Join us on Sunday, August 17 for Elevate x The Post Taphouse - an outdoor Sip & Spin experience that brings together movement, music, and community in one unforgettable morning.
You’ll ride outside on The Post Taphouse patio with your choice of RIDE or BEAT - two signature Elevate classes designed to challenge, empower, and energize you from start to finish. After class, cool down with exclusive food and drink offerings from The Post, soak up the stunning ocean views, and hang out with a crowd that shows up just like you do.

What used to be a post office is now one of the most-loved spots along the East Coast Trail - known for its stunning ocean views, local eats, and amazing atmosphere.
They’re all about supporting local, proudly serving craft beer, spirits, and fresh eats made with ingredients from right here in the province.
